#MakeNaijaStronger: Music Star, Bono, Visits Children In Nigerian IDP Camps

Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote visited two Internally Displaced Peoples (IDP) camps, the Dalori and Bakassi camps.

Dangote was accompanied by Irish singer-songwriter and musician, Paul David Hewson, known by his stage name Bono. Bono is also a venture capitalist, businessman, and philanthropist.

Dangote has in the past made donations to IDP camps in Borno, the hardest hit state by the Boko Haram insurgency.

Bono was also in attendance at the #MakeNaijaStronger campaign organised by One in Africa, an organization taking actions to end poverty, AIDS, and preventable diseases.
