Olamide’s label YBNL (Yahoo Boy No Laptop) may no longer have a major music act signed onto its platform in 2017 with reports suggesting that the trio of Adekunle Gold, Viktoh and Chinko Ekun are all but ready to exit the label following the expiration of their contracts.
The trio whose 24-month recording and management contracts ends in the first quarter of 2017 will now follow in the footsteps of Lil Kesh who called time with YBNL in April this year after the expiration of his two year deal with the label.
“Orente” crooner Adekunle Gold officially signed onto the YBNL stable as a recording artist during the first edition of OLIC (Olamide Live In Concert) in December 2014.
Before he penned a music deal with YBNL, he used to work with the music label as a graphics designer and reportedly designed the YBNL logo.
