Sole Administrator lauds Ambode on infrastructure

Sole Administrator of Ayobo/Ipaja Local Council Development Area, Hon Lukman Abiodun Agbaje has commended the Lagos State Governor, Akinwumi Ambode for embarking on infrastructural projects across the state.

Hon Agbaje who made the commendation in Lagos at the weekend said that the people of the LCDA would remain eternally grateful to the governor for making them benefit from the 104 roads he reconstructed across the state, adding that the governor had positively impacted on the residents of Ayobo/Ipaja, especially with the work done on the Megida/Camp David/Ayetoro road which links Lagos and Ogun states.

“This is a major project and it has made the people in this area realise that government has not forgotten them”, he said.

The sole administrator who also lauded the Ambode administration for providing street indicators disclosed that the project had motivated him to complement the effort of the state government with the modified house numbering project he embarked upon in the LCDA.

According to him, his administration had rearranged house numbers and introduced number  box which he said would be very useful for the safe keeping of letters and utility bills like electricity and PSP bills.

The LCDA, Hon Agbaje said, had embarked on massive revenue generation drive by blocking leakages and mobilising the locals to realise why they needed to pay their dues to government and ensuring that what reflected on their receipts was what they actually paid.
